The house was clean and tidy, a complete facility with all the necessities, an auto mahjong table also brings a lot of joy for my family. The owner was also a super responsive and helpful person, i was a forgetful person and left my things in the fridge and I contacted the owner to help me keep and collect them later. Owner still offers to help send the items but I don't feel good to trouble him since it is my own mistake so I arranged a grab express! Overall me and my family have a happy stay with Jiale homestay:)

Too bad but the admin/host was kind enough to look for another nice place for us to stay. She handled everything nicely & professionally to make sure everything went smoothly.

Qloud Cottage is located in Ranau. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The accommodation provides a minimarket and a shared lounge for guests. Location was ideal. Walking distance to Mesilou 3Sixty Peak which has a nice view of Mount Kinabalu and a short drive to Desa Dairy Farm. Rooms were clean and comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Everything else was perfect!
