Francesca is very friendly and has a very interesting other business. You need your own transport to get here really - around a 7 min drive into Arona but we did find pretty easily free parking in the centre. 3 nights we stayed and 3 nights we ate very well in Arona at Anticogallo, Contatto and La Ruga del corso. Definitely take the boat to Stresa - finding a parking was a nightmare!
