The property was a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to restaurants, pubs, bakery and groceries. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Thank you Alex for all your support. He was always there when we had a question.

Situated in Orient Bay and only 90 metres from Orient Bay Beach, Princess Anouk Beachfront Orient Bay Deluxe 3 BDR features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking.

The host was very welcoming and provided us with local information about the restaurants and the general location. We were having a small issue getting on the Wi-Fi and he took the trouble of returning to the house the ensure we were all set. Location is awesome. Walking distance to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tons to do for my teenage daughter and her friend. Balcony view to the beach is a great place to gather for a glass of wine or a little family happy hour!

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool, Villa Chouchou - unique private pool is set in Orient Bay.

Villa Chou Chou was the perfect setting for a wonderful visit to St. Martin. Anne is a perfect host-very responsive when needed but never in the way, she is a lovely lady. The villa is cosy and so well designed with small kitchen, sitting area with television, nice bedroom and shower. The outdoor space is lovely and the plunge pool is beautiful (nicer now that the plants have grown around it). It is a short walk to Orient Bay beach, small grocery store, and wonderful restaurants. There is no need for a car if you are content to stay in this area, but having a vehicle allowed us to explore the island, always happy to return to Villa Chou Chou.

location , newly remodeled , private pool, kitchen allowed us to eat at the condo when we chose, James responded to our questions quickly, Laetitia was wonderful and refreshed our condo once a week. walk to the downtown area & beach was less than 4 minutes.

Situated in Orient Bay, 400 metres from Orient Bay Beach, Maracuja 5, Orient Bay village, walkable beach at 100m features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi.

We do Kitesurfing and distance to spot is very good - this is advantage of this place. Also its pretty secure area so no worries about personal things. Apartment is perfect for 2-3 persons because sofa in living room is not best comfortable when you sleep with two persons. Pool is just additional , we used it maybe 2 times at stay. Anyway - very good and nice place.

An excellent stay in Orient Beach. The photos and description of the property are accurate. The downstairs space was large and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Wifi was very good. The pool was very private and we spent a lot of time outside. It felt a very safe area with parking available for 2 cars. Short easy walk to both the beach and the local excellent restaurants and shop.
