From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the nice and friendly hosts, who made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning, boasting spectacular views that took our breath away every single day. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The spacious rooms provided plenty of space for everyone, and the attention to detail in the décor and amenities was impeccable. Everything about our stay was perfect, and the only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to return!

The house is great, very clean and well maintained. It even has everything you may need, and even a fireplace (we did not try it though). Additional huge plus is a free parking space for 2 cars. The location is 2nd to none: 3 min walk from Old Budva Town, a supermarket just around the corner. And, of couse, the owner Andrija is one of the nicest and welcoming persons we have met in Montenegro so far. Very respectful, friendley, educated gentleman. We hugely recommend this property and give it 5+++ stars rating. Hvala, Andrija!!! See you again one day!

Very different from new hotels in skyscrapers that are usually cut off from the sea by newer buildings and construction areas. The owner was helpful and handled the registration for us as required by the local laws, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the apartment itself was small but clean and had all the necessary facilities.

The food in the restaurant was amazing. Relaxing spa and great views from the hot tub on the roof. We were upgraded to a suit which was luxury and a nice treat for our anniversary and my birthday.
