My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at Hero Villa & Jigoro Ocean and had an excquisite experience. The villa is brand new and fully equipped, offers a fabulous view on the ocean and is tastefully decorated. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful Yaeyama Islands. We appreciated the quiet and authentic neighbourhood. The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful, passionate and committed to create the best service. They took perfect care of us during the whole week (helping us to book taxi or sightseeing tours and providing great advice for the visits and so much more) and we had a lot of fun with them Thanks to the half board plan, we had the pleasure of tasting the restaurant's delicious cuisine.The dishes on the gourmet menu were varied, original and based on local produce. We highly recommend ! Overall we spent a magical week and already miss the team and the place ! thank you for everything guys :) Take care !

What a wonderful Villa. Few of the best points which I liked are as below 1. Wonderful location 2. Very big and spacious, we traveled 2 families with 2 kid and our kid really likes this place. 3. Amenities were more then enough specially Kitchen facilities. We are vegetarian and loved to cook in the stay area and this Villa provides all necessary stuff needed for cooking. Its like home away from home.

一家貸しの為、今回5人で宿泊させてもらいましたが部屋が複数に分かれていたので、それぞれ、プライベートの部屋にも使えてとても良かったです。キッチンをはじめ各部屋はとても清潔に管理されていました。

The place is really small and can house max 4 males and 4 females. It creates a more cozy atmosphere. Each bunk has a tiny space to store your luggage with doors and curtains around each bunk. You don’t have to climb up and down to get access to your luggage. The owner is very nice and helpful and speaks good English even though the name of the place might not suggest it. 100% recommend and will stay again.AminSolo traveler

Host Halu and staff Kousuke and Satoshi are friendly and want you to have a good time. Lodge is well located in town with walking distance to great restaurants, diving shop and the Kabira Bay. Hotel also has a restaurant so you can eat there if you feel like staying put after a long day. Had a great time!

Plenty of free stuff in the kitchen, nice and clean bathroom, bicycles/snorkelling kit to rent for very cheap!!! I booked a female dorm and best decision ever, it's enclosed and then you get your own little cabin which provides nice privacy. Nice staff, friendly, Okinawa style. During my stay there were mostly locals and hanging out was nice and made the experience cozy and friendly. Ishigaki is an awesome island, and this is a good base to explore it from. Close to the "downtown" area on foot, 8min walk, 16 min walk to the closest big supermarket. First bus stop 3 min walk.
