It was nice to sit on the balcony with a freshly brewed coffee first thing in the morning or at the end of the day. Comfy bed and pillows and aircon useful on the hot nights. Location is walking distance to the other entrance to the ruins, so not as long queues as the main one. You also get to see the charming town itself. Near the main railway station, not the Pompei Scavi. Easily accessed by car, lock up parking space. We had a balcony with view over the mountains, lovely to sit with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. The area is very quiet. The B&B is on the top floor of a house without a lift, so be prepared to climb 4 sets of stairs.
