Most importantly, the whole staff was extremely nice and helpful! The location is perfect for exploring the Salento region and enjoying the beautiful beach Baia dei Turchi. We were even able to use bikes from the accommodation. Our room was being cleaned regularly and had everything one would need. The breakfast included rather sweet food, as usual for Italy, so you would have to ask for other options. We also loved the little food stand with fresh vegetables, fruits and other homemade products.

The host spoke some English but, as tourism is still rather underdeveloped in that area of Italy, competent English speakers are not as common as in many other destinations. Breakfast was delicious with good quality local fresh pastries and home made cake. Quiet (view rooms) and comfortable place, with a nice garden and pool.

It was great to stay on a rural property and have a private cabin - a nice change from city stays. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The surrounding gardens were lovely with lounges and a swinging chair. We liked eating at the outside table. The included breakfast, also taken in the gardens, was delicious and plentiful.
