10/10 recommend this hotel. First of all, on the day we were supposed to get to the island the weather conditions were too bad, so our ferry was cancelled. We messaged and were able to get a full refund on the night we could not get to the island no questions asked (the morning we were supposed to check in). Then, the next day, they offered free pick up from the ferry port to the hotel, AND upgraded our room to the suite! Also, there were free bikes and helmets for us to get around town and too the beach, and they picked us up from town (free of charge) later that night. They also dropped us off at the ferry port in the morning, free of charge again. They were so friendly, and the room and pool in the yard were beautiful. We also got 10% off on their family owned restaurant for lunch and dinner near the port. The air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure was very good too. I absolutely loved our stay here.

The accommodation was in an excellent location within the Venetian narrows of the old town of Naxos below the foot of the castle. The staff was very helpful and the loft was very clean. We learned its history as it is an old mansion of the era and rare in its architecture as there are not many lofts on the island. We highly recommend it!

Wonderful little apartment located just outside Naxos Town. I recommend you have a rental car. We were greeted by our host Dina, who welcomed us to the home and presented us with gifts of Greek Easter bread, cookies, loukoumia, jams & and jellies, as well as local Raki. The unit was very clean and decorated tastfully. We enjoyed our stay very much and had fun with the friendly cats whom we spoiled with treats.
