The location could not have been more perfect with the major sites within walking distance. Car parking less than three blocks away at about $12.00 a day. The weather was VERY HOT and the owner provided a fan that was very helpful. Also, for those traveling in hot weather in the future, there is a store 1/2 block away that sells ice. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The stairs were wide and my slightly disabled husband made it up the two flights to our apartment. However, getting any higher would be a major challenge for some. We had a nice stay and would recommend the Pension to friends who travel.

Check-in was uncomplicated. The apartment is easy to find, really nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed like coffee machine or toaster. There was a little gift waiting for us which was really cute. The apartment is located right in the old town of Schwerin only some minutes from the castle but the street is really quiet. The communication was good, the owner answered all the messages really fast.
