We were very delighted to get a full kitchen with a large refrigerator and trash can which was a lifesaver. The wifi was very fast and easy to connect to. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, pretty much spotless. Location is great near American Dream, Metlife, and major transit hubs whether you want to drive or take a cheap Uber there. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable.

The convenience of it being on a main road with access to buses to New York.
Most people caught the buses that stop outside the hotel. I never saw a hotel shuttle as mentioned in their amenities.
Breakfast is very basic, bagels (cream cheese or butter), coffee, tea and juice.

Very close to our venue. Good price. Good service and great shuttle service Minutes from MetLife stadium and American Dream mall
I was denied access to my room! They would only accept ID from Janet Foster, my wife, who was not present. Janet is listed in contact of Booking.com, but I booked under GREG FOSTER , of which I have confirmation from Booking.com. as " Guest name".
When I persisted, they threatened to call the police??
I previously requested an early checking -in, which they could not accommodate. OK., no problem. My schedule then required a late check- in which I had pre-arranged at the front desk in person that same day. Information never got relayed on shift change, even though they physically wrote my name down, GREG FOSTER.
I requested to speak to a manager but was told they were not available.
After disappearing for a while the attendant appeared with a room key for me without further explanation.
It should be noted this took place at approximately 1:30 a.m. so i really had few other lodging options.
I'm a Sixty- eight year old world traveler and this one of the most puzzling circumstances I have ever experienced.
Also , no coffee maker or any kitchenware as advertised.
Rarely write negative reviews, but......

Horrible drug dealing in front of the hotel.
Inebriated front desk workers.
Felt horribly unsafe with my two small children.
So after speaking with the front desk getting no where I decided to leave with my two small children.
Booking and the hotel refused to return my money ($600) because they could.
This is what hospitality as resorted too.
Scheming and Stealing your money.
Knowing it’s unethical!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
This hotel is a relatively quick Uber ride (about 15 minutes/$17USD) to the Secaucus train station that can get you to Penn Station in NYC for $4.25USD (one way) in one stop, about 10-12 minutes, which we did the first day we were there. It is also ideally located for attending events at MetLife Stadium, which we did the second night we were there. The room was a great size, with a full-sized fridge and a microwave.
It was close to American dream mall and met life stadium (which was the two things I travels for) the staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurant inside the hotel food was good and they cooked my food exactly how I asked.
When you go inside the room you put the AC on the AC is hot. The one wasn't cold at all. The staff was nasty. Breakfast was horrible. No breakfast in the hotel. It was horrible. Horrible experience. Never go back again
I was so upset about the first hotel I went to. I came to this hotel was allowed to check in early with the kids. I was more relaxed and allowed to cook our own food felt like home, The staff was amazing❤️
The breakfast was fine. On Monday we were told we could not have breakfast because we had coupons. Then we discovered it was on the 9th floor. The people in the dining area did NOT seems to know this.
Breakfast was sumptuous with a nice range of offerings, the staff was welcoming and helpful;
Front office staff available, responsive and friendly;
Good location for seeing sights & accessing area.
