The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness of the room and the food were good. direct access to the beach, the pool was clean and the temperature of the water was comfortable. Not to mention they had live entertainment some nights.

Excellent location. Just cross the street and you're in Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace which have everything for tourists with Hop-on-Hop-off ticket booths, tour kiosks and restaurants. Excellent hotel reception and service: Easy to reach front desk to ask questions. Hotel has plenty of personnel to help with luggage left with hotel for early check-in. Lobby hospitable with plenty of chairs and restaurant/bar in lobby.
