The staff was exceptional! The general manager was very kind and attentive. We liked all the front desk personnel but our favorite was Alexandria. She was so sweet to my granddaughter. The cleaning staff was also very good and attentive!

Nice hotel with good amenities....clean, quiet, good breakfast with variety, workout room/pool/jacuzzi were all nice, clean, and in good shape.
TV options were limited, basic - like did not get ESPN and controls were hard to operate. This is a minor item, but in an otherwise great 4 day stay here.

It was a nice hotel with large suites that is roomy and spacious for family who have children to stay together! There is a sofa bed in addition to the king bed in the room. Free breakfast was adequate with some hot food plus a good variety of breakfast items such as cereal, toast, yogurt and waffles!

This hotel had given false information, when we arrive, the hotel was under construction and did not notify us, upon booking reservation.
the room was not available to stay one night, it was smelly, it had no tv, bedding, refrigerator, coffee maker, toilet paper, dresser, closet, etc., that was include in the rooms as booked, we check in and check out within one hour trying to explain to the clerk that the room was unlivable. end up having to find somewhere else which was very expensive (3 nights) I'm asking for a full refund but have not received it yet

We were in town for a wedding.
We were in town for a wedding. The area seemed to be very beautiful, and I wish we had more time to explore. The Mpressive Escapes rental townhouse we were in was so comfy and relaxing that we spent most of our time there instead of out and about. I would love to return when we have more time.

Grand Prairie is a nice little town away from the hectic v hustle is the city. We weren’t able to go to Six Flags which is why we stayed here but did some shopping at the outlet mall and had dinner at Cheddars which was delicious.
There are so many things to love at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to so many things including a QT, what is there not to love about that? The cleanliness was amazing, it smelt and looked so clean, it was very inviting. The breakfast was outstanding, there were so many choices. Having a fully stocked suite was very convenient, we had a late dinner delivered to us, and it was nice that there were utensils and plates in our room. The room itself was so spacious and laid out so nice, and that AC worked like a dream.
Breakfast was Great and location was great, we came from Oklahoma to the 360 Family and Implant Dentistry and it was easy to get to from your Hotel, it was on that side of I-20. Planning a few more trips to that Dentist and hoping to stay at this same Holiday Inn Express. We lived that IHOP was right next door, also!
Family visit and we were close to them.Clean room with crisp sheets, bed was comfortable. All staff we interacted with were friendly, courteous and neat appearing. No problems with parking, felt safe at this location. We would use this facility again in future visits to Texas.
Hotel staff was exceptional in every way, the place is always clean and tidey! I also like how secure it is and if you don't have a key after certain hours you get in! Free gym 24 hours(not that I use it) buy overall great experience and they were so amazing with kids!
Big mistake. I understand this is bigger friendly hotel. But quality was too compromised and the room and sheets was smelling so bad. There were cigarette burn holes on the sheets and blanket. I was not able to sleep for three hours and decided to vacate
It was right next to some good stores/food places such as Texas Roadhouse, fast foods of all kinds, Buffalo Wild wings, Applebee's, etc. There was a just about every store there you could need, including an outlet mall (but I wasn't there for fun)
Nice and clean hotel near Walmart , and 4 mns drive from the Premier Factory Outlet Grand Prairie.
Nice breakfast with waffles.
A special thank to Merry at reception for her kindness and welcome.
Great swimming pool.
The fact that it was so simple and free to book online without the hotel taking or pending your funds. I love that it’s not too big and that it’s ver seclusive. It’s near outlet mall and plenty eating places.
Location was perfect to see a show at Texas Trust CU Theatre. Lighting/device plug-in options were well placed, though one fixture was missing its cover (renovations). The shower grab bar was good.
The hotel is old and shabby. The company seems to just wear it down. It looks like the set of a c-movie about a serial killer in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
