We went to the property for staycation purpose to spend just plain, simple leisure time. It is a nice,well decorated property at a great location with of course good facilities. Food is the star of the show here. They are delicious. Staffs are really good here and all of the other services are good too. Break fast was included but could not take as it starts there after 0800 hrs. As a result checked out with out break fast, we had to reach exam hall by 0820 hrs. Requests were made for a little packed breakfast to hotel repeatedly, but turned down. Customer need and delight ignored, although breakfast was inclusive. Break fast usually starts in all good hotels atv0700 hrs. They should have positive approach and service priorities. Any way we paid for same but could not get.
