Lovely friendly staff, excellent location near to the airport, a kettle and tea etc was given to me at no extra cost for the room, comfortable bed and very clean.
I didn't have breakfast but I expect that would have been very good too.
My flight arrived late but it was only 4 mins easy drive to get to and easy to get out of Heraklion the following day.

The room was very comfortable and located almost directly across the street from the Ferry Terminal, a mere two minute walk in the morning. The balcony faced the pier and provided nightly entertainment of the harbour activities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was basic but clean and a bonus quiet pedestrian area. The room was quiet - essential as there was a car rally the night I arrived!
Location was very central and near -including a fantastic old town market shopping facilities and walking distance Archaeological museum .
Down side the lifts were out of order when I arrived.
The coffee machine made awful coffee.
