The property is not in Nea Kalikratia, this city is 10km! This is Kalikratia and the closest beach is in Sozopoli. The sea side at the front of the building is not suitable for swimming, full with stone and there is huge rock under the water for km long.

This was the first time I didn't have photos from my vacation. The city is poor, with only one street and a short promenade next to the beach. The beach is ok with lots of restaurants and deck chairs. The only good thing is the Sahara beach which is 10 minutes away by car. Sahara Beach is pure perfection and the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. The Jukebox Café is the best with delicious food and sun loungers on the beach.

Small coastal town where you can find long sandy beaches, clean sea and air, a harbour, plenty of restaurants and shops - and all that only 45km south of Thessaloniki. Locals are friendly and the town is full of tourists from late spring to autumn, especially on weekends.

Worst place I have ever stay in on vacation, everything was old or not working properly. Dirty toilet seat, broken mini freezer, doesn’t even have a place to charge a phone. On destination there is large supermarket in Nea Kalikratia. We loved the option of barbeque in the garden. We liked everything, a very clean, fully equipped house with exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The location is great-close to the beaches and the main restaurant and cafe street(200-300m), but is in the quiet part at the same time. The WiFi signal is excellent. Galina was the lady that was working on reception, but also in the kitchen and was taking care of the breakfast, I believe she also was helping with the rooms - 5 stars for her! There was enough space for parking the car. The hotel is very close to the seaside, but we didn’t find the beaches in the area very good. However, if you have a car, there are fantastic beaches 30min, 1h away from the hotel.

We arrived earlier than expected, but we were able to let our baggage on the flat and go straight to the beach. :) The flat was very, very clean and with all the facilities. Also, it is located really close to the beach/ restaurants. It's also big enough for 6 adults and 2 children!!! Thank you so much Effie (our host) for everything, if we ever come back to Nea Kalikratia we will definitely stay on your wonderful flat again!

Everything was really well prepared, they had prepared entire tray full with malmalade, Nutella and jam enough for the entire stay. Room was very clean, bed is super comfortable, big terrace. Microwave, water boiler and fridge are available in room too. Big space for private parking in front of the hotel. Location is 5 minutes walk from the beach, though it is on small hill so when you come back from beach you have a small uphill to walk.
