The property is in a nice area, and feels safe. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and have multiple amenities (a multi charger for all usb devices, hair dryer, glam brush, tissues, cotton pads, q-tips, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water and glasses on the room). Our room had a private shower room and shared toilet which were spotlessly clean. We also had access to a shared kitchen with lots of amenities and food & drink available to buy. It honestly had everything we needed and more. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with a table and chairs, a balcony, a vanity table and a lovely balcony space. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Phillippe is the ultimate host; attentive, kind, interesting and accommodating. He is so pleasant and he made us an absolutely delicious homemade meal with plenty of variety. I would have no hesitation in recommending this BnB to anyone staying in Lyon, it is the perfect place - close to town (30 minute walk to town, or 15 minute walk to metro). Great value for money and overall a wonderful stay.

Location was very good for getting into central Lyon and it was close to our friend's flat. Secure parking facilities were essential for us and this was a big bonus in a large city.
