Very nice hotel with a wonderful French charme. Located directly at the water front with a view to the famous cliffs. Staff is really helpful and gentle.
Really great stay.
For having lunch or dinner, the restaurant of the hotel (not included) is not really recommendable.
This hotel is 800 metres from the beach and a 2-minute walk from Etretat Casino. It offers en suite rooms, a terrace and a restaurant that serves regional dishes.

The location is perfect. very central and close to the beach. However, beware if it is a long weekend because then the centre, including the access roads to the hotel are closed and one needs to park quite far away. It can be very stressful, especially if you're travelling with elderly ppl or small kids.
Located in a building that dates back from 1850, the Hotel d’Angleterre Etretat is situated 30 km from Le Havre and a 4-minute walk from the cliffs of Etretat. Free WiFi is available at the property.

I loved the building, the location, it was a couple minutes walk to the beach, the town is right there and it was only about 10 minutes walk to the bus stop.
My room was comfortable with a beautiful view and the staff were fantastic.

3 days, enough to hike or take the little train up the falaise, go to the beach, eat great seafood and just overall rest. love sitting on the grass at the top of the falaise, there are even Normand cows grazing and a nice breeze. Excellent relaxation city and great to go with kids.

Étretat is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen.
Étretat is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. The cliffs, I mean. And Jardins d’Etretat. Don’t miss Jardins. The town, however, is super touristy. There are no good restaurants. I’d say sleep somewhere else and visit Étretat for a day.

Etretat is a lovely, relaxing little seaside resort.
Etretat is a lovely, relaxing little seaside resort. Not much to do in town except relax and eat at one of the excellent little restaurants.
Good place to explore local towns like Dieppe or Fecamp.
Good walks and views up on the cliffs.

Beautiful seaside town, was a bit overcrowded when we went and city center was closed to cars which meant everyone was pouring over to outside carparks which were overflowing. Best to avoid July/August time.
Lots of restaurants but there could be a queue to get in due to overcrowding. There are lots of fish restaurants, nice places for icecream, lots of very sweet and unusal shops.

Staff at both the hotel and a highly rated pizza restaurant were rude and complacent. Everywhere else along the north coast of France was quite the opposite, and so I wonder if this is an issue with the people working in Etretat. I found the town to be very disappointing and was glad to leave.

Fantastic walks along the cliffs and the beach.
Fantastic walks along the cliffs and the beach. Stunning views on each direction. The gardens are interesting with sculptures augmenting the features of the gardening.
Etretat Town gets very busy with coach trips and is quite expensive.
The room was stunning and the views of Etretat from the cliff are just mesmerizing. We came for romantic holiday with my husband and stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was lovely but you come to this place for the view and it exceeded my expectations so much! We also took advantage and went to jacuzzi at the top of the hotel and it was such an unforgettable experience. This place has my heart...I loved Normandie because we had such a lovely stay here! Thank you!
low expectation because of the review, but actually it was very nice!!! we stayed in the room for : person on the second floor, every thing was clean and new. Perfect location and good price. only the blanket was quite thin, a little bit cold in the night. but I would recommend here to stay in Etretat if your budget is limited!!
The owner of the house was super friendly and super helpful, especially when we were checking the route back and in guiding us to the restaurants in Étretat. We also liked the vibe of his house, filled with beautiful and rare antiques, creating an atmosphere of truly French style.
The setting is absolutely perfect. Up the hill, with a view directly into Etretat and the cliffs. The house is a wonderful house with good bones. Jean, the host was very accommodating - and in fact personally rescued us when we ran out of gas on the way to Etretat.
The location and the two bedroom suite was charming and perfect for our family of 4. We loved that we did not have to take the car to visit the cliffs which is the main reason why we chose this hotel. The parking reservation per night is competely worth it.
Verry friendly owner who show us everything in the house and gave us some ideas for making trips around Etretat. Thank you verry much. Sorry that we didn't say 'Good By' but you didn't hear my ringing at your door. We enjoy the time atthis place. PERFECT.
Very warm welcome by the owner Stephane who shared a lot of information with us regarding our visit to Étretat. We loved the facilities and the quiet! All round very pleasant experience. Can definitely recommend this establishment.
We loved the location on the beachfront of etretat. The restaurant in front of the hotel was lovely to enjoy seafood ! The hotel was nice and comfortable (we had a little baby and they accommodated this very well with a baby cot).
Very helpful during room delivery.
Everything is clean.
Warm room with full sea view.
Very dreamy and beautiful city.
A good hotel for relaxation. With private parking. All facilities are available in the kitchen
The property is beautiful and the room was charming. It’s a decent climb to get back up from town but the views are well worth it. The bistro dinner and breakfast were delicious. My wife enjoyed her massage at the spa.
The location was perfect! What a view! It was easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and town. Hiking to the cliffs was a very short walk and well worth the climb to the top. The flat was very large and spacious.
Great location right in town and a short walk to the beach area. Plenty of restaurants right nearby.
Property is right off the street with self check in and paid parking by meters nearby.
Full kitchen and spacious.
The room was way better than expected. The hotel is so antique and cute but the room was clean and updated. The location was also really great. I would recommend to anyone.
Great sea view. Walking distance to city center and main attractions. Reasonable internet speed, quite fast in France. Michelin restaurant on the other side of the street.
Staff is super kind. The hotel is very close to the beach and main attractions of the village. The tourist advice that the receptionist provided was very useful.
