Cleanliness, large and comfortable garage with direct entrance into the apartment, wonderful renovation, completeness of objects and appliances, pay TV with internet, comfortable beds, large and comfortable shower, welcome water and bottle of wine (also appreciated by my 91 year old grandmother) and swimming pool and barbecue in the outdoor courtyard. Also convenient for elderly or disabled people because there are no steps or impediments (apart from a single step to access the courtyard). Located on the ground floor.
