A beautiful location, as long as you get the weather which you usually do. I've been quite a few times now and we have usually been lucky with the weather. If you're not doing the Mallorca 312 then I would suggest going on a different week than the two that the event is in the middle of.
There are plenty of good bars and excellent restaurants, supermarkets are good if you are self catering.

It’s a low-key resort with beautiful and dramatic backdrop of mountains. The resort itself is mainly very flat, making it accessible to all ages. Two main beach areas: the narrow but very beautiful beaches on the Pine Walk, and the wide sandy Tamarells beach in the newer part of the resort. These are very clean and safe for kids.
Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops but not a place for night life - it’s most suited to couples and families with children. The resort has also become very popular with groups of cyclists in recent years.

A really safe resort - well suited to parents with young children and retired people. Beautiful beaches and great restaurants.
We have stayed in Porto de Pollensa before and just keep going back as we find it really relaxing. We ate at the Coral restaurant and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

I have already posted a review and pictures of Puorto...
I have already posted a review and pictures of Puorto Pollensa and nearby in the Aparthotel Flora review, suffice it to say that this was my 7th visit to this delightful town, located between the mountains and the sea in a lovely sheltered bay, easily accessible by a direct bus from the transport hub near the Placa Espagna in Palma (85 minutes) and 10 minutes by bus from the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, both well worth a day trip. The buses are cheap, modern, comfortable and frequent and you can tap in and out with an ordinary bank card. I reckon I saved enough money in a week using buses rather than taxis to pay for all my meals out.
Puerto Pollensa is a busy but quiet, unpretentious, near perfect Spanish seaside resort with great views of mountains, sea, sky and countryside. It is ideal for families, people with disabilities (it's easy to get around) and independent travellers with stressed up lives who just want to get out of it for a mental defrag (ideally out of season when prices are lower and the streets and beach less crowded.)
A pleasant and popular activity is just to walk up and down the main sea front including the Pine Walk, especially at evening time, stopping here and there at the many bars for a beer, coffee or ice cream. Or in my case a Ron Amazona and Coke. If that sounds too boring, maybe this isn't your ideal resort and you can try Magalluf or Aya Napa instead. But for a tired old guy with aches and pains who worries too much it's really what the doctor ordered.
PS for those who are interested, there is a local community of expat Anglican Christians who meet on Sundays in a converted shop which is now St Andrews Church next to the Burger King. Welcoming and broadly Evangelical.
I expect I will return, God willing.

The city has a magical atmosphere, it is full of beautiful villas and stone streets. There are no big noisy hotels here, the atmosphere is calmer even in the evening. Many possibilities for sports such as cycling, water sports or walking along the beach with cafes and restaurants, every Wednesday there is a market and there are always souvenir stands in the square. Pleasant and smiling people.

I loved the central, beach front location. The staff were very welcoming and the service in the restaurant was perfect . As a lone traveller I had a fairly small room without a view , I was expecting this- that said , it was perfectly adequate , very clean and comfortable with efficient air conditioning and facilities. The hotel itself is impressively clean , the 1st floor lounge and dining area have a spectacular view. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.
The property was in a great position right on the front of the Pine walk with fantastic views.
Apartment very clean and comfortable with lovely homely touches.
Near to the beach and a jetty out front that you can swim from.
We enjoyed the walk along the sea front to get into the busy part of resort.
Lovely shop and restaurant just at the back of apartment and short walk to Illa D’or hotel.
Looking at a return trip next year.
Host very approachable and helpful if needed.
Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere.Good selection of food choice.Good daily /nightly entertainment for young children

Thank you Duva
we stayed in Anita3 with our two little girls. The location along the pine walk was excellent, directly across from the beach which we went to every day. The balcony was just fantastic, with so much space and wonderful views. we had breakfast and lunch here most days, and enjoyed it at night time when you could hear the live music from Daina Hotels’s pool bar. Ivan was a great host and responded promptly to all queries.
Easy walk to beach and restaurant strip. Spar supermarket nearby.
I had room on 8th floor with fabulous view. Kettle in room.... Always a bonus.
Bus about 500 metres away to beautiful old town Pollenca. You don't have to walk up to the roundabout, (as I was incorrectly told by a young Male Receptionist!).... You can go up a side street from the hotel, and the bus stop is there. Good idea when it's hot.
The location is great, Port de Pollenca is a great place for a beach vacation, and a bit less crowded that Alcudia, the staff is very friendly and generally competent. The pool area is nice, large and not overly crowded; there are a lot of comfotable lounge-bed around the area with shade which are great for relaxing. The management was flexible with our booking.
Hotel room, junior suite beautiful, lovely turquoise colours, ample storage, space, bath placed in bedroom area, lovely touch. Pool area and decor exceptional. Staff very friendly and welcoming. One street behind the Pine Walk on Pollenca Bay.
Pool area lovely and relaxing.
Prices for drinks very reasonable.
Excellent quiet location about 5 minutes each from beach, pine walk, town centre, bus stop and start of Cala de Boquer walk , which I did. The location could not be better. I did not use the pool as it was a bit cold in March but this would be nice in high summer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel location is excellent, right on the beach with stunning views over the bay. Very clean, well kept accommodation with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast food was superb with choices for every palate. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return.
Room was very clean, comfy beds, breakfast was extensive, although average quality.
Location of the hotel its what commands the high price, along with the pool. Free beach towels around the pool, we used them on the beach also when we couldn’t get a bed around the pool.
Excellent location for Port de Pollensa. Hosts very good at responding via message. We were able to leave our bags in reception until our room was ready as we arrived early. Clean. Balcony. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near by.
Very cozy hotel, friendly staff especially Asun, she was taking the time to explain to me every detail. for me this was the best hotel during my stay in Majorca! The rooftop is so chill and the view amazing!
An excellent hotel. Warm, friendly and professional staff. Superb position at the end of The Pine Walk. Our sea view room was a special treat. Breakfast by the sea is very special.
