What a pleasant surprise this hotel was!
It was a last minute booking, but upon arrival the receptionist already was expecting us , meaning he knew who we are and the check in took about 2 minutes. There was some printing problem with the receipt on check out, but the lady at the reception suggester to sent it by email, so we didn't have to wait .The parking is right by the hotel and really easy to access. Our room had a beautiful view towards a very nice park with mature trees, very green. Between the building and the park the hotel has a nice patio with gazebos too.
The room itself was clean and had all the necessities.
The old town is only about 200 m. away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in a very close proximity .

We came to Rosenheim to visit family, but it is a charming small city with quaint city center and lovely surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the walking trails along the river within sight of the alps. We enjoyed local festivals and good food. We used it as a launching point to visit Munich and Oberammergau, Germany; Vienna and Kufstein, Austria; and Florence/Tuscany, Italy by train.

Only stayed one night.
Only stayed one night. It is a good hotel, with a restaurant serving local dishes and big pints of beer (if you are so inclined) :-) We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel as an "etappe* for driving to the skiing slopes in Austria. In summer apparently one is not too far away from a huge lake, so I can imagine that must be quite nice as well. Internet could have been better. It was rather weak in the ground room where we were staying. The lighting also was of the "indirect" kind and was a bit gloomy, but otherwise everything was correct and the room was HUGE :-) We'll definitely stay there again.

Visiting in winter.
Visiting in winter.
Not much to do and everything closes quite early.
We also travlled without a car and had to rely on PT, busses end early on weekend and a bit hard to do much.
There is a shopping centre and a cinema but not any museums or sightseeing in the town.
Food is good and cheap and there is some shopping.
If you are coming especially for a Europe trip, I would skip Rosenheim as there are more exciting destinantions.

I had a wonderful time exploring again as it was 29 years since my last visit.
The only person who didn't help was the Male staff in ticket office in Rosenheim train station when we wanted tickets to munich.
If I could go again I'd be there tomorrow

Rosenheim is a nice city with interesting gastronomy, a nice city center and very good local brewery (Auerbräu). One could also have beautiful visits in the nearby region to close by lakes and the bavarian alps.
The apartment can easily be reached without a car by taking a bus from the central station of Rosenheim.
There are still a lot of parking spots in the front of the building.
There is a little place outside with tables and chairs, featuring a little bbq grill as well.
Some furniture pieces in the room were pretty nice.
Supermarkets and other stores including some restaurants can easily be reached by walking or bus.
The kitchen is decently equipped and works for cooking simple dishes.
The hotel is very well-located in central Rosenheim, a lovely mid-sized city half-way between Munich and Salzburg. My room was a comfortable single-occupancy room with the odd addition of a separate, private bathroom two doors and about 10 yards (or meters) away from the bedroom operated with the same key.
The breakfast was well worth the 12 euros extra as the room was a great value. Many sights and lots of dining options nearby.
One of the most beautiful and cozy hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just outside the center, but still easy to reach shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and professional, the hotel is very modern and sustainably built, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the facilities are excellent.
The hotel is in a central location next to a parking garage. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! After checking out we wanted to shop a little more in Rosenheim. The hotel checked our bag in a room behind the desk while we were exploring, and we collected our bag before leaving town. We appreciate how they accommodated us.
We could not have asked for a better stay for needing to be here for work. It was spacious, comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location was rather hard to ensure we were in the right place when we arrive at night, but it is wonderfully quiet. We will definitely be booking again whenever we need to return to Rosenheim!
With a group of friends we used the hotel as a stay over on our way to skiing in Austria.
Convenient close to the highway. Had plenty Tesla charging stations outside that also worked for non Teslas. Very handy :)
There was a bar which started our vacation :)
The hotel is in a good location, the ladies on reception absolutely first rate, very friendly and extremely helpful, I was even able to put my motorcycle in a secure garage, I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will certainly be returning
The position is perfect as it is in front of a mall and just a 5 minutes from the main Square, where it is possible to find many restaurants. The hotel also offers two free parking. The room was spacious and clean, but if the hotel is a little bit aged.
One overnight stay for travelling to Austria.
Good location close to the city center, good overall hotel and very good wide variety of breakfast options.
Parking available right next to the hotel, but quite expensive for 1 night.
The room was cosy with big bathroom. Parking dedicated to the hotel's guests. Refrigerator full of local beer ;-) and other drinks. Fantastic staff. Big restaurant with delicious German food. I really recommend this place!
The decoration, atmosphere of the hotel is very nice, the restaurant is excellent. Referring to our previous experiences at this hotel, we decided to come again, however it has been a bit disappointing.
It seemed like a brand new hotel. it was nice and comfortable to include the breakfast. The location was convenient with just a 10 minute walk into town with access to all the eateries.
Good location for travelers from one side of country to another side. Plus is Tesla Supercharger in the same parking place where is hotel located. This is self check in hotel.
Big room and good location. If you dont like to take a breakfast at hotel there are plenty of bakeries within 5 min walking distance waiting for you with fresh coffee
