Breakfast was good.
The room sound isolation needs to be improved.
The next room or upper room toilet flushing is heard in your room very loud.
Other then that everything was OK.

I visited Karlusruhe for a conference in KIT. The location of the hotel was perfect to the KIT. As it is in the city center, its location is perfect to reach out to most of the city attractions, especially the Karlsruhe Schloss and many restaurants.
Breakfast was great with many varieties. The rooms, small, but enough for the purpose of my trip. Rooms and the hotel in general are clean.
Surprisingly, I haven't seen any family during my stay, maybe it was occupied by the conference participants, but I really don't find any reason to not recommend it to families (if they offer family rooms!). I think it would be great for families.

For the city in general, more English speaking would be better for the city, but it’s understandable why they wouldn’t speak as much English compared to other cities. Regardless I really enjoyed my stay and people were friendly and good hearted in general, I recommend anyone to take a visit when possible.
It’s very simple to get around via public transport. The food is good and there is a lot to choose from.

The city was bigger than expected with a lot to do. The Palace was a museum/gallery rather than a traditional palace and I would highly recommend climbing the tower stairs! Lots of other museums, churches and gardens etc or there are loads of places for shopping.

There's a youthful college-town vibe to the cafes and bars downtown; the city is flat so it's easy to walk everywhere, the Natural History Museum is not to be missed if you like that sort of thing, public transport is better than most, very good restaurant scene

It is in a beautiful location in the Schwarzwald.
It is in a beautiful location in the Schwarzwald. The hotel is in a quiet location though a five or so minute walk from the hauptbahnhof. If zoos are your thing there is one literally across the street. The location is well connected with busses, trams, and trains. You can see so many surrounding towns this way. Either get a land ticket (regional trains) or a day ticket (bus and trams).
I would visit again Karlsruhe again.

Karlsruhe is a modern city with a Palace which is now a good museum. The grounds are lovely as are the gardens at the zoo. Karlsruhe is a good place to stay for day trips to Baden Baden and Heidleberg.x
I liked the way the middle-aged man in the morning, during serving breakfast, as long as the young lady in the reception treated me! First time in my life as a Germany traveller ( and they are a lot, maybe 4-6 times per month) treated me like that! Usually a big range of German people treated me bad, with no polite and not helpful way. That day was not one of the usually days in Germany!!! Well done....
I liked free parking and I was lucky to receive parking space. It’s good located hotel so it was busy. I arrived late night, the guy from front desk met me very welcoming and helped me with luggage. Comfortable bed, nice water pressure in a shower. It was quite and peaceful to sleep. That’s all what you need travelling long by car. Unfortunately didn’t tried breakfast as was leaving early.
The room was nice and cleaned. They gave us for free some candies and a few cookies with a kettle, tea bags, and, instant coffee in case of need. The breakfast was really good with many options. The hotel is located 15-minute walk from the main railway station and it is closed to two tram stops. It is definitely easy to get to the hotel using public transportation. The staff is very kind.
This is a great hotel in Karlsruhe, it is outstanding even for usually high german standards of cleaness and overall efficiency. I liked everything- quiet location, easy access, simple , automated check in and breakfast much above standard. On top of all this hotel was very kind to me and moved my prepaid reservation on my last minute request. Thank you!
The hosts are very hospitable, it can be felt by the amount of small things prepared - cleanliness, well laid out things, coffee capsules, tea, laundry detergent, etc. The owner also provided a cot for our four-year-old daughter. We were driving through Germany to France and this place turned out to be very good for an overnight stay.
The cocktail bar and the bar staff was amazing. The tall bartender guy was trying to make up for our entire trip and he was doing amazing job I must say, if it wasn’t for him I’d give lower score. The morning reception staff was also very friendly. The breakfast was good and also available longer hours than most of the hotels.
I liked the modern building and the balcony of the room. Room and bathroom were clean, bed was nice. Price was affordable. I like that the blankets are folded and left on top of bed in hotels in Germany as opposed to being tucked the underneath the mattress in the USA.
Room was spacious and comfortable. There is a nice beer restaurant in the hotel, we received the discount coupon which can use there. Breakfast was also very nice. You can choose various kinds of breads, hams, egg dishes, dairies, fruits and so on.
Everything about my stay was excellent! Very convenient and central location, very nice facilities, comfortable room and bed and a great view of the market square! Super friendly and helpful staff, a great breakfast. Highly recommend the hotel!!
Both my room and the private bathroom very large and conmfortable. Very rich breakfast. As I traveled for work, being able to take the breakfast since 6am was very useful. The hotel has a large underground parking which is very convenient.
Lovely hotel, very practical interior rather on the minimalist side, only suitable for very short stays! Booked Premium off road, got a roadside room. Room good , street noise not so good! Good value , very close to city center !
Clean rooms.
Comfy beds.
Quick check in/check out.
Quiet area.
Free bottle of sparkling water + coffee/tea are offered.
Parking is free in front of the hotel, but the slots are limited. There is a paid parking place nearby.
Everything was great, hotel is new and everything is top-notch. It is super silent inside the room, you should be afraid of noises even thought it is so close to the train station.
Location is absolutely perfect, very close to city centwr, tram stops, all necessary markets are close. Very good price/quality option
Hotel staff is very supportive and makes
