Great location, nice rooms, large selection at breakfast. There were healthy options, greasy options, warm porridge, bread, omelettes, waffle maker, etc. They even had a piano player on the weekend.
Two different subway lines are within a three minute walking distance, and you can easily walk downtown all the way to Charles Bridge in about 30 minutes. Trams stop right in front of the hotel. A great location especially if you want to go downtown as well as to the O2 arena.
We got a welcome shampoo from Rituals, which was a nice touch (but unfortunately there was only one per room, not per person).

Staff courteous, breakfast foods were a bit different than normal . They did accommodate us with a very large room which was comfortable.

A stunning large room with plenty room for suitcases and belongings. The bathroom was a great size too. There was a small kitchenette which we didn’t use as we weren’t there long enough but it was a welcome addition. The wifi was great and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the inclusive breakfast that had something for everyone - even us vegans. There’s a fabulous coffee place nearby too!

The staff is very kind and helpful! We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they helped to get a bouquet of flowers in the room and in addition they prepared some gifts for us!
The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, it was difficult to choose that I wanted to eat. :)
The Old Town is only 15 minutes by tram and the tram stop is 2 minutes from the hotel by walk.
