Booked this hotel for a 13hr transit from Santiago Airport. The cost was much cheaper than the onsite airport hotel. It had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back again so happy to save some $$$.
The reception was great. The restaurant was fine and suitable for the establishment.

Hotel location is perfect, they provide a hotel to airport shuttle (free), although we had problems finding the shuttle from airport to hotel, I'm sure if you liaise with hotel prior to your arrival you will benefit from this. Room was also comfortable.

Perhaps the friendliest hosts I've ever met!
My bed was not only comfortable but also had a giant pug face on it, which filled my heart with joy.
The room includes many essential items, such as toothpaste, earplugs, and water.
My stopover was brief as I left early to catch a flight, but they still managed to pack me breakfast. I'll remember that forever.
My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.
