I liked the fact staff spoke English to be able to accommodate the customers. I Am Bulgarian but I travelling with my English partner. The bar staff Todor was very helpful , fluent English, great customer service!!! Staff over all are helpful. We are very pleased we stayed there. There were enough options and fresh food at the restaurant. Great location everything is at your door step.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and the twin room was a good size, basic with a fridge. Allowed late check in (just called on arrival)
