El personal de recepció i del bar-restaurant va ser molt amable i atent en tot moment. Ens van posar totes les facilitats, tant com per aparcar el cotxe al parking de l'hotel de manera gratuïta, com a l'arribada, al check out... tot va ser molt senzill i molt còmode des del primer moment.
