I spent one week there and definitely can recommend this place!
It’s a modern hostel which looks really nice; there is a good kitchen with a lot of equipment, with coffee machine and with capsules; the room was nice and it was cleaned every day.
I think it’s really a good place to stay for its price.
Besides people were nice there and I had a lot of interesting conversations - it’s a plus of hostel for me
And of course the location is great and it was a pleasure to see beautiful mountains around

La Massana is a nice base for exploring Andorra if you want...
La Massana is a nice base for exploring Andorra if you want to be outside of ALV (whch is only a 15 minute drive). It's got a good selection of restaurants and shops, and it's easy to get around to see the rest of the country from there. We were there in the fall, before ski season started, so enjoyed lots of color and little traffic.

Good central location handy for access to other towns valleys as well as activities. Good range of eating places, regular transport service many walking trails also too surrounding villages. During day not the most tranquil of places but that may be part of it's fascination it is almost like being in London but in the heart of the mountains.

La Massana is a quiet ski resort in comparison to others I have been to over the years. If you want good skiing, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere then this is definitely the location for you. If you want high energy Apres Ski though, then not so much. It may just be as a result of covid but I don't think so, this just seems like a more laid back resort, more focused on family than partying.

La Massana is a lovely town with lots of restaurants,bars and cafes. The telecabine gets you up to the Pal ski area in 6 mins and this links to the Arinsal ski area via a cable car. The Vallnord team are really excellent from the lift operators to the mountain restaurant staff and the ski school instructors, all were friendly and extremely courteous.HelenIreland - 8.0Scored 8.0

If you find staying in the city center a bit expensive, La Masana can be a good option. less than 10 minutes from Andorra La Vella, a lovely and quiet place, with nice cafe and small restaurants (not so many) it is also a bit easier to find a "Bleu" parking zone in La Masan compare to the city center. Exit to other areas in Andorra is comfortable as well.

Excellent for active and outdoor activities - winter sports in winter, hiking/mountain biking in summer and much more. Many bars and restaurants catering for all preferences. Most amenities and shops locally available with Andorra La Vella within easy reach for more bespoke shopping. Public transport reliable and affordable.

Back to back with the gondola to the mountain. The room was small, but cozy, the bathroom clean and the temperature nice and warm. The ski-room of the hotel is very comfortable and you get a locker to store your equipment for free. The staff was really helpful and we have nothing but good words for them. Wifi worked well and there's free parking (though the spaces are limited) it's also in a good location, you're about 5 minutes by car from Andorra la Vella, but away from all the noise and chaos. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Andorra!
