Boasting sea views, Waiotahi Valley Lodge provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre, a garden and a terrace, around 33 km from Miranda Hot Springs. This was one of our favourite places in our month-long trip in NZ. It had an amazing location, with huge beautiful gardens and lovely views. It was located uphill (which was a bit of a challenge for our small car, but once up, we didn't want to leave). We were upgraded to a lovely double room which opened up to the garden. The shared spaces were excellent, such as the well-kitted kitchen, outside sitting areas, and the large bathroom. The hot tub and breakfast were a great bonus too! Our hosts were very nice, friendly and chatty and we would certainly recommend staying here!

Set in Coromandel Town, within 2.1 km of Driving Creek Railway and Potteries, Fern Lodge Coromandel offers accommodation with air conditioning. The property has garden and inner courtyard views. Bright, spacious space filled with nice touches of kiwi artwork. Lovely quiet bush setting with welcoming dogs onsite :)

The Dome Waikino is located in Waikino. The accommodation is 23 km from Waihi Beach, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. Such a beautiful, natural and convenient location. It was also very private! We were greeted by the alpacas upon arrival and Amir was an amazing host! he even provided us with firewood to make a gorgeous fire at night. He was very responsive to our messages as well - a lovely host who gave us so many local tips and tricks. We will be coming back again! Highly recommend this unique spot, perfect for couples!

Located in Whangamata, 1.9 km from Whangamata Beach, Amazing Kiwi Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and access to a garden with an outdoor swimming pool. We had the most wonderful stay! Thanks for everything!

Situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful New Zealand native trees and a variety of native birds, Hush offers modern bungalows most with private balconies. We had an outstanding stay at Hush Boutique

Nestled amongst a lush valley, Wairua Lodge guests enjoy free continental breakfast and free in-room Wi-Fi. Guests can relax outdoors in the hot tub or enjoy the romantic treetop bathhouse. Wairua Lodge is set in a wonderfully secluded spot in the rainforest, where peace and quiet is the order of the day. The hosts are very friendly, presenting us with home baked bread and supplies for our breakfasts on arrival, helpful and respectful. This is a place where you can have as much physical activity and/or relaxation activity with relaxing spa, tree top bath, swim in the swimming holes and hikes for all abilities. You do need to bring some cooking supplies for main meals which can be prepared on the BBQ or in the resort kitchen.

La Casa Te Puru Lodge features panoramic views of Thames, Hauraki Gulf and the rugged Coromandel Ranges. the ladscape was great, especially during the sunset.

Located in Waihi in the Waikato region, Franvannah Cabin has a garden. This apartment provides free private parking and private check-in and check-out. We had a wonderful time at this lovely cabin! Lucy and Paddy are the best hosts anyone can ever wish for, they were extremely kind to us, even showed us around their amazing farm. The house has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, and it's located in a peaceful and beautiful environment. We definitely recommend it, and hope to come back some day. Thank you again Lucy and Paddy for such a great stay!

Located in Whitianga and only 200 metres from Whitianga Beach, The Black Chalet provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Amazing location, views and superb accommodation

Set in Whangamata, Brenton Lodge offers accommodation with pool with a view, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The property has pool and garden views. Loved our terrace overlooking the gardens. Our room was spotless, and comfortable, with everything you might need. There was a very peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Hosts recommended a great restaurant in town, walked in via the shortcut, and the owner's daughter drove us home! Such a gorgeous place, felt rested after our visit.
