Onguma Forest Camp er staðsett í Namutoni og býður upp á garðútsýni, veitingastað, herbergisþjónustu, bar, garð, útisundlaug sem er opin allt árið um kring og verönd. An excellent hotel, with very well trained, polite and helpful staff who really made us feel welcome and at home. The food was really great, both breakfast and dinner, and of good quality. The rooms were cleaned everyday and in the afternoon two persons came so as to prepare the room for the night. There was a mini bar and all the necessary things, coffee, tea and also cacao in order to serve yourself what you pleased. The pool was very good and furthermore, in front of the restaurant there was a big waterhole where you could see animals coming and drinking water throughout the day and night. The place is full of animals, since it is a park like Etosha, of course much smaller. On our way to the hotel, returning from Etosha, we saw 5 lions lying by the road which was absolutely amazing. Also other animals like giraffes, warhogs, dik dik, etc. The parking was spacious and on the top, the last day of our stay, a member of the staff washed our car, and as we noticed the cars of the persons who were leaving the next day.

The rooms are very spacious and perfectly equiped, we could stay here for weeks, outdoor shower, coffee and tea equipment in the room, the welcome, the fireplace lit every night, the food, the pool area, the animals (springbock, zebra, wilderbeast etc) at the propoerty (to be seen from rooms, restaurant, pool area etc., the breakfast and dinner was very good

We appreciated Martin as a guide and his deep knowledge about flora and fauna in the area. we like the idea that the lodge is run by the community.

Gondwana Etosha Safari Lodge is set in Okaukuejo, just 10 km away from the Anderson Gate into Etosha National Park. Excellent lodge, beautiful place, delicious food and friendly staff. We were impressed!
