Each of the luxurious Chalets offers a large deck, air conditioning, a minibar and a four-poster bed, draped with mosquito net. There is a spacious bathroom with freestanding bath and an additional private outdoor shower. Great food. Excellent location on the river with glorious sunsets. Viewing hippos and crocs!

A boat cruise is also available on the Okavango River, where guides will provide information about a the local birds and wildlife. The room we stayed in was absolutely incredible. It was in the most amazing spot for watching hippos and had beautiful as well as functional decor. There has clearly been real care taken to make these rooms stylish and practical, with an absolute appreciation nature worked in. We spent almost every moment of our stay watching the hippos from our balcony and we’re already dreaming of going back. The food provided was also exceptional. Thank you Ndhovu Lodge, we can’t wait to visit again!

Great views from everywhere of the camp down to the river, the main lodge is beautifully designed with wonderful furniture. Our studio was also well equipped, clean and super cozy! The staff is helpful with everything one might need and always attentive of the wellbeing of their guest. A peaceful place to calm down and to enjoy the nature of Namibia.

Beautiful location, very comfortable and well equipped room, outstanding service, particularly from Carla and Manfred, and every meal was delicious.

The nearest airport is Katima Mulilo (Mpacha), 119 km from Gondwana Namushasha River Lodge, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. An excellent hotel with polite and helpful staff. Especially I want to mention Rector who was an excellent driver. We had three game drives with him and were the best we had so far. We saw wild dogs in action which is rare, a leopard etc. I want to thank him for everything. The room was big and very clean as was all the premises of the hotel. Both breakfast and dinner very fresh, good and tasty. There was parking in the premises. The swimming pool was very good.
