The site is in a gorgeous setting made up of individual traditional Malay chalets. They are cool inside generously proportioned and have a superb veranda from which to sit and admire the grounds. A short walk away is the little fishing village where I had locally caught fish. On arrival I was given coconut water served with a straw and in the morning a lovely breakfast on a raised shaded platform. The staff running the chalets were very welcoming and super helpful.

Beach is also located right in front of the house, we can just go there barefoot.
