Located 6.6 km from Tissa Wewa, Ranakeliya Lodge - Yala provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. This stay was just perfect. In the beginning accommodation - tent surrounded by nature with beautiful scenery around. Tent was very clean and equipped with everything needed, towels, shower gels, mosquito spray even torque for dark night. More over the host offered us a grill in the evening and it was MAGICAL. When I was searching for some comments before I red positive opinions about dinner but couldn’t believe, what can be so unique about dinner, right? It turned out it can be! This was something special, barbecue with candles and sky full of starts, with a nice service and delicious food- AMAZING. And last but not least safari - I couldn’t imagine better experience. We joined a morning safari, that stated 5:30 AM, we had really experienced guide that spotted leopard and elephants as a first in the park! I was amazed, I was fluttered. Our host joined us on safari and took pictures with profesional camera that later he shared with us. 10/10 - highly recommended!

Located 400 metres from Tangalle Beach, Star Light Cabanas & Restaurant offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden. Cute and comfy cabanas near the beautiful turtle beach. Sri Lanka’s traditional dishes at their restaurant were huge and extremely delicious. The hosts are very nice and careful family.

Yala Village Eco Tree House has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Tissamaharama, 10 km from Tissa Wewa. Everything about the place felt like a dream. So calm and peaceful and the lady of the property is absolutely fantastic.

Featuring a balcony with sea views, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Khomba Lodge can be found in Tangalle, close to Tangalle Beach and 1 km from Paravi Wella Beach. It is a huge beautiful building directly at the beach (a quite nice one) with 3 apartments. Our apartment was quite big with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a large living room and 2 big balconies. Everything is well equipped and you can easily spend several weeks here. It has a big pool, more than enough sunbeds and the beach is just out of the backside gate. There is 24h security on the property and free drinking water. The whole staff is exceptional (especially Rehan)! Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect as you have tons of nice restaurants at walking distance.

Offering mountain views, Elephant Arcade in Tissamaharama offers accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. Very nice comfortable house rooms, pleasant view, beutifull birds around singing. Peacefull place with very kind and helpfull people take care of you. Lots of animals around, monkeys jumping on the trees ( but not disturbing) peacocks running, squirrels etc The food is very good - u have to try breakfast and dinner. Hightly recommend

Providing garden views, Villa Rukaththana UNAKURUWA in Tangalle provides accommodation, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace, a restaurant and barbecue facilities. I thought about 2 night there but I stayed 5 😅 I really like the villa, the option of making my own breakfast in the morning was awesome 🥰 Every day the common area was cleaned. Mosquito net is available but only by request. The most beautiful beach - silent beach was only 2 min from the villa! I really enjoyed spending the time there. The staff was really helpful and nice. Near the villa are a lot of family’s small restaurants serving local food. Also for people like me who traveling a lot - the option of making laundry was salutary 😌

Set 700 metres from Tangalle Beach, Rock Violet Lakefront Cabanas & Restaurent offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. It was the nicest and cleanest place from all where we stayed during our trip in Sri Lanka! The room was big, with a large bed, AC and hot water. We had a nice terrace with garden view and we could also hear the waves, the beach is at 7 minutes walk. We could serve breakfast and dinner (but for extra charge) and the food was tasty!

Located in Kalametiya in the Hambantota District region and Gurupokuna Beach reachable within 1.5 km, Taragala Chalets provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private... Saman was a wonderful host in a very special place. We absolutely loved the chalet and it's setting with a wealth of bird life to watch from the verandah. It was lovely to have our own kitchen but then also to have the opportunity to have an evening meal cooked by his next door neighbour which was very delicious. The other fabulous thing was it's location looking out over the bird sanctuary and couldn't have been better placed for the early morning boat paddled bird watching trip on the lagoon which was out of this world.

With garden views, Relax Beach House is situated in Tangalle and has a restaurant, room service, bar, garden and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. The property is in a quite area and it’s perfect if you’re looking for a non-touristy place. Just a few steps from the beach where you will basically find no other tourists, which is great! The room is clean and spacious, it has an AC and there is a spacious bathroom. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. They also have a restaurant where you can have breakfast, dinner, drinks, etc. Ideal place for a peaceful stay.
