I loved the way the cabins were built and especially the “outdoor” bathrooms (still full privacy guaranteed).

Location in the trees of the Costa Rican jungle, perfectly private, outdoor cold (but not too cold) shower under trees. Wildlife in abundance, from howler and spider monkeys in the trees above the cabin; to agoutis, leaf-cutter ants, various lizards and amphibians, crabs below it, plus stunning butterflies, toucans and scarlet macaws - one wonder after another. Christian is a kind, helpful, professional bilingual host, extremely knowledgeable about the flora and fauna, first-class tour guide and able to fix anything. Meals all prepared from fresh ingredients. My favorites were the breakfast fruits and dinners with avocados and freshly-caught fish. All staff was friendly and accommodating. It was the most peaceful, rejuvenating week I've ever had.

Sam and his family were really welcoming. We loved staying there. The bungalow was surrounded by nature and so close to the beach. The food was very nice too. Would highly recommend :-)

Berlokasi in Cabo Matapalo in the Puntarenas region and Pantai Tamales reachable within 1 menit jalan kaki, Four Monkeys Eco Lodge - Jungle & Beach menyediakan accommodation with WiFi gratis,... The cabins / tents in the jungle make it amazing! We saw several types of monkeys , the macaws and toucans! Walked to a great waterfall. We enjoyed the hosts very much and the friendly cats and dogs made a most memorable experience. Thank you very much!!
