It has everything you need for a mountain vacation. The kitchen especially was very well-equipped with everything you could think of and communication with the manager of the property was excellent and very efficient.

Our Penthouse Chalet Apartment experience was great. We were greeted by our host Tetiana who has been super-responsive throughout our stay, gave us all necessary information and helped with any question we had, even outside her host duties. The attention to detail in the design of the chalet apartment is impeccable – from the furnishings to the nice amenities, candles, new bed linen, comfortable pillows, extra blankets - every aspect speaks sophistication. The spacious living area provided the perfect setting for relaxation, watching movies, reading and socializing, while kitchen had everything you might need. Nice little details like variety of teas, coffee capsules, chocolate, fruit, wine and even little souvenirs for Xmas - we were really happy with the hospitality. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the terrace that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain and forest landscape. The bedroom was very cosy and comfortable, with plush bedding and view to the second balcony. The cleanliness of the entire property was exceptional. If you're looking for a getaway that combines elegance, comfort, great service and unparalleled views, I wholeheartedly recommend this Apartment for your next escape.

Featuring pool views, Spring House Aqualida offers accommodation with a balcony, around 5.9 km from Holy Virgin Church. The house is new and clean. There is everything you need to feel like home. The host is very kind and responsive. We will definitely come back again.

The studio apartment was quite comfortable, the spa area had a nice pool and sauna. However, what made our stay really outstanding was the hospitality and helpfulness of the host, Theodor. He went the extra mile to make us feel at home and helped us immensely with anything we needed help with. Truly recommended!

Featuring mountain views, Snow Lodge Mountain view provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 1.3 km from Holy Trinity Church. We stayed for one month and it was a real home away from home. Perfectly clean on arrival, multiple bedsheets provided and extra bedding in the wardrobe, all the kitchenware we needed, radiators in every room, etc. The wifi was reliable with no issues whatsoever and Victoria was highly responsive via WhatsApp when we asked for additional lightbulbs for the bedside lamps. The building is very secure and clean and quiet, in the ideal location just a 10 minute walk to the Gondola Station but also 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Shower pressure is good and full tank of hot water. Amazing value for money and if we’re ever back in Bansko we would stay again!

The view of the mountains is breathtaking , esp at night when the moon lights their smooth outline against the horizon - you get a perfect view of it from the living room ..just gorgeous. Watching sunrise from the villa is also incredible. This place is built by western standards - it’ll make you wish it was your own home! Sauna is a big bonus!

Everything was as described with the photos. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. The owner and manager of the house were very professional and ready to help with any issues.

Even though the main heating system was not working at the arrival, the host reacted promptly and secured alternative heating bodies, took the necessary steps to fix the issue and remained available for us. The house has all necessary equipment for a pleasant stay. Location is pieceful. Would recommend.
