Lower Mountains Retreat se află în Warrimoo, la 40 km de Katoomba Scenic World și la 47 km de CommBank Stadium. A nice welcome message, a homely little chalet and self made traveler guides and suggestions for restaurants awaited me on arrival. The hosts (Hugh & Naomi) where both absolutely lovely to talk to and I enjoyed my time there. The house is very remote and spacious, the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains -or- on rainy days sit in the roofed patio and enjoy the sounds of the rain.

Set amongst 8 acres of tree-lined lawns and gardens, guests at these self-contained cottages have access to a tennis court and heated indoor swimming pool. The welcoming quiet country feel.

Whispering Pines Cottages are close to the Blue Mountains National Park and restaurants. Very pretty and comfortable cottage. Great location close to several Blue Mountains hikes and waterfalls.

Our host was responsive, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The location is remote and allows for peace, quiet and amazing bird watching. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Absolutely everything about this place was amazing, beautiful views, really comfortable cabin with plenty of amenities. The fire was so cosy made us feel right at home! Marjory was just so lovely and helpful we couldn’t have asked for any better will definitely be staying here again

Rustic Spirit is located in Bilpin, 28 km from Penrith. The pet-friendly accommodation is air conditioned and is fitted with a spa bath. Katoomba is 34 km from the property. Getting back to nature. Great time to relax and unwind. Limited internet so plenty of time to do other things other than on your phone or screentime. Beautiful gardens and walking. Lots of birds. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.
