The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was really nice and a "proper" bathroom, not a cabinet with a shower squeezed in. My daughter loved the balcony and spent several evenings sitting there reading and listening to the city.

The room was made up perfectly every day. There is a good range of offering for breakfast. The buses into historic Siena run from just outside the hotel every 10 minutes.

When you come off train head up all the esculators as high as you can go, exit station and turn right and just up the road!) Walking distant to beautiful Siena town. Large room and really large bathroom. Comfy beds. Obviously a bit noisy as so central but fine with windows shut. Everything was clean and modern.

Bed firm and comfy, the memory foam style pillow is not my preference though. My room was stated as having a shared bathroom, which technically it did. However each of the other rooms had a bathroom themselves, so it was like it was mine. Shower always hot. Lamps and overhead light, fridge. Tv. A very comfortable stay, I can't recommend highly enough. If I came again would definately stay here again

The house had decorated beams, thick walls and shutters. It had belonged to the present owner's grandparents. There was lots of outside space which our grandchildren really enjoyed. They also enjoyed the large amount of space inside the house for their games. Being 5 km outside Siena might be a problem if you don't have a vehicle. Fortunately, we did so it was very easy to get into the centre of Siena.

It is great to open the shutter in the morning and look out into the landscape. :-) The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine (both were important for us). Sarah our host and also her family were/are very kind and supportive.

Location is perfect, easy to find, 10-15 min on foot from Piazza Gramsci (bus station), 2-min walk from Il Campo (just behind the Torre del Mangia), walking distance to all major attractions. 2. Room was spotless and spacious. There was no air conditioner but electric fan was quite sufficient, and wooden shutters allowed to keep windows open at night and sleep with fresh air.
