Kilauea House is set in Volcano, 18 km from Kilauea, 45 km from Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo, as well as 49 km from University of Hawaii, Hilo. Our hosts, Pam and Dean were extremely friendly! The room was absolutely perfect - from the decor, to the breakfast/snacks in room, and the extremely comfortable bed and outdoor firepit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and it was definitely the best place we stayed at for our ten day trip!

Boasting a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and water sports facilities, Ma'ukele Lodge can be found in Pahoa, close to Kaimu Beach and 21 km from Lava Tree State Monument. I loved everything! The location was dreamy, the breakfast and coffee was top notch and my goodness the hosts were so welcoming and amazing.

Ocean View Paradise! features free WiFi and views of sea in Hawaiian Ocean View. The unit boasts a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Troy is a great host super friendly and kind nothing is too much issue. He has gone above and beyond to make guest comfortable and ensure they have everything they need. Quiet location but close to a great local restaurant and bar. To top the stay off we spent the evening in the hot tub once the sun had set and could see hundred of stars and the Milky Way. Special place would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about booking.

Featuring sea views, Kona Magic Honu Room provides accommodation with patio, around less than 1 km from White Sands Beach Park. Host was very accommodating, had lots of amenities, easy to find.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Coffee Garden is set in Captain Cook, 6.9 km from Kealakekua Bay State Historical Park and 7.4 km from Kealakekua Bay. A wonderful stay, with fantastic hosts. Such a friendly welcome in an oasis of calm. A little way from Kona for those wanting to hit the town, but for us very worthwhile. Thanks to Ping, Stanley and Max for welcoming us into their home.

Volcano Eco Cabin Retreat is a chalet situated in Volcano, 16 km from Kilauea and 9.6 km from Volcano National Park's entrance. We loved everything about the accomodation. The atmosphere is wonderful, in the middle of a forest, calmness, silence, beautiful starry nights, jungle sounds. The lodge has everything you need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, everything is clean. It is very close, about a 20 minutes drive to Volcanoes National Park. I highly recommend to stay here if you visit Big Island. The hosts are so kind and helpful they really put their hearts and mind into this little lodge. Iao Valley Inn features river views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Wailuku, 3.2 km from Iao Valley State Park. Great location, and very good accomodations.

Located in Kihei and only 70 metres from Mai Poina Beach, Nona Lani Cottages provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Great location, with a comfortable place to stay! Definitely, worth the value.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Hilo Bay Oceanfront Bed and Breakfast offers accommodation in Hilo. Free private parking is available on site. Rooms have a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the managers were very friendly.

Located within 1.7 km of Rainbow Falls and 3.8 km of Lyman Museum & Mission House in Hilo, Old Hawaiian Bed and Breakfast provides accommodation with seating area. We loved the location, close to the Hilo downtown but in a peaceful green place. We really appreciated the breakfast. The owner baked daily cakes and prepared fresh fruit. Best breakfast ever!! Free parking space was also a plus!
