Amazing team, very welcoming and kind. They made the experience 10/10. Location was great as well, close to the center and the bus station.

All Proteas’ rooms are heated and have a private bathroom. Some rooms have a kitchenette and sea views, while others have wooden sloped ceilings. It was a wonderful experience that was made exceptional by the kindness we received from the owner Teresa and the other members of the staff. We had dinner several times here during our stay and it was always delicious and served in a lovely and familiar atmosphere.

Casa Da Piedade’s rooms feature wood furniture, as well as a TV and telephone. Each private bathroom includes a walk-in shower. A beautiful place with a very nice garden and freezing pool :) easy to relax sitting in the chair or lying in the hammock, since it is further from the main road, it is also quiet Lovely staff, we talked mostly with Rubina (?) always with a smile, although she was probably quite busy Tasty breakfast Very nice room with amazing view of the surrounding mountains (1st floor), the whole house is very nice, bright and maintained Welcome drink (Madeira wine) and a tasty cake (forgot to ask for the name, it was not pastel nata) Would definitely come back someday!

I liked everything, it was clean and cossy apartment, in the good position.

200 metres from Porto Moniz Natural Swimming Pools in Porto Moniz, Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels features accommodation with access to a sauna and hot tub. This aparthotel provides free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Girao Cape is 40 km from the aparthotel and Santana's traditional houses is 46 km away. Excellent service , friendly staff ( lady in reception on arrival 👌), everything was great

Casal da Penha Apartments offers accommodation within 600 metres of the centre of Funchal, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a microwave, a toaster and a fridge. This recently renovated apartment is located 1.8 km from Almirante Reis Beach and 2 km from Gorgulho - Gavinas Beach. The rooms come with a balcony. The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

Our "room" was essentially a full blown apartment, equipped with a kitchen, leaving room, bathroom and bedroom. Everything is beautifully decorated, making you feel comfortable from the start. There are common areas where you can hangout and the heated pool is a wonderful spot to end your day.
