I have been to 24-25 countries and I can say this confidently that there is no where Better,nicer and for sure not as hospitable as this place and their WONDERFUL hosts. For me and my family this was one of the best experiences that we could ever ask for,I haven’t seen people as kind as these hosts. They have perfect tents,so cleans like 5 star hotels and the food is perfect as good as the best restaurants. I can tell you that if you want to have an excellent experience with the best people that you can ever meet go to this trip. There is no amount of money wich would be enough that you could price this experience.

They only have 5 tents isolated from the town, which makes for a more quiet and secluded experience. Dinner was delicious and breakfast much beyond our expectations. Service was impeccable and Faiz was extremely attentive, nice and polite. He truly cares for every single guest and makes sure that you have all that you need. He even stopped to show us a couple of baby camels on our way back to town.

Gastvrijheid is top: vriendelijke ontvangst en goede zorgen gedurende ons hele verblijf. Het avondeten is lekker, ontbijt okee. Er is licht in de tent, verder geen elektriciteit. Bed is heel comfortabel. Na de boeking verliep de communicatie over tijdstip van ophalen makkelijk. We hadden zelf een 4x4 maar zijn overgestapt in de auto van de gastheer bij het meetingpoint. Eenmaal van de weg af waren we daar heel blij mee: de duinen zijn echt steil. - Niets

Ras Al Hadd Orchid bevindt zich op 2,2 km van Al Hadd-strand en biedt een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een patio en gratis WiFi. Sometimes the most difficult places to reach are the best. At the end of an abandoned runway lies a great guesthouse where the hosts go out of their way to make you feel at home. It is located near the beach where fishermen bring their catch to shore. If you so wish the owner will barbeque these fish for dinner for you. You can choose to relax in the Bedouin tent next to the guest house or take the half hour drive to the Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve. And don’t be surprised if you spot a baby turtle near the guesthouse who took the wrong turn at the beach. In every way a great place to stay.

Hamood desert local camp is gelegen in Al Wāşil in de regio Al Sharqiyah, en heeft een balkon en uitzicht op de bergen. Deze accommodatie heeft een terras en gratis privéparkeren. Hamood is geweldig en beantwoordt al je vragen in het Engels. Pick up met 4x4 is nodig om aan te komen aan het kamp. Prima ontbijt/avondeten. Mogelijkheid tot 'dune sliding' 'kamelenrit' en '4x4 bashing'. Maar ook gewoon mogelijkheid om te ontwaken bij zonsopgang met prachtig uitzicht. Kampvuur was zalig! Beste nacht van heel onze reis!

SAFARI-Glamping ligt op 50 km van Wadi Bin Khalid en biedt accommodatie in Bidiyah-20 km in de woestijn van het dorp Al Hawaiyah. This was the highlight of our trip to Oman. The accommodation is basic but very comfortable and well appointed given its location. It was so quiet and peaceful. The food fabulous and plentiful. Farhad is an amazing cook and looked after us beautifully. Honestly, we will be back. We stayed two nights and wish we had stayed a little longer. To fully appreciate this part of Oman I think two nights is the minimum. Our host arranged dune bashing and a sunset camel ride. Both were really fabulous. The whole operation is super well organised. Very slick - we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Just one hint - have your shower in the afternoon when the sun has warmed the water a little.
