The host is great! The view is beautiful! It's far from Kotor city center but turned out it is very good since Kotor center and airport roads are a PERMANENT traffic jam so we were able to go to Budva/Cetinie/KotorSerpentine/MoracaBridge without experiencing huge traffic jams both sides. There is a nice beach bar "Restoran Movida" on the same peninsula 5 minutes drive away.

Situated in Luštica, Apartments Bellavista offers accommodation with free WiFi and air conditioning. Guests can relax at the common terrace featuring sea views. All very new, super clean, small but functional. Modern shower. For under 30 € for two an absolute bargain! Recommendation

Property has perfect location and is built with best available materials and designs. Rooms are large, elegant with terrace with Breath taking views of the sea and garden. Private beach with umbrellas and sun beads free of charge. Inside of property parking lot, free of charge. Large kitchen with big table and chairs and everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Outside of kitchen is table with chairs and umbrella over looking at garden and sea. I really enjoyed first morning coffee with my dear friends seating out there. We were eating dinner at the neighborhood restaurant with the best selection of seafood’s Grilled octopus is my favorite and was just perfect. The modern-style apartment had new furniture and appliances. Our favorite part of the apartment was the view! We had a view of Boka Bay and the mountain from the master bedroom window and the living room, which led to the spacious terrace with new outdoor furniture. The sunrise and sunset view from the terrace was truly beautiful! Our host was friendly, spoke English, and was available to help whenever we had a question. The beach is private for guests of the apartment with chairs, umbrellas, and tables. There are also have kayaks available for guest use. *The apartment is a 15-20 minutes car ride from Tivat Airport, 10 minutes to Luštica Bay, and 25-30 minutes from Porto Montenegro. There is also a small market and bakery near the apartment 5-minute walk from the apartment.
