The set up of the room was cozy and comfortable. All the basics were provided, the place was clean and the atmosphere was homey.

Offering a garden and pool view, Mister check paradise is situated in Si Chiang Mai, 45 km from Nong Khai Train Station and 45 km from Tha Sadet Market. The bungalows are spacious and well-equiped. Everything is new and clean. Tastefull modern/rustic design. By far the best place where I've stayed in Thailand in this price-range. Very friendly host. I will definetly come again when I'm in the area.

Set in Had Kham in Nong Khai Province, Wasuthan Garden House features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site. Rooms have a flat-screen TV. Our host Nick went out of his way to look after us. We were heading for Laos and he gave us a ride to the border crossing (we gave him a small fee) and let us leave our car at his house until we returned. Also gave us a free breakfast which we weren't expecting. This room is a building within his own property so it is very quiet, secure and private.

Wala pang 1.1 kilometro ang layo mula sa Wat Sisaket at 1.1 kilometro mula sa Hor Phra Keo, ang SYRI Boutique Guesthouse Restaurant & Cafe ay nag-aalok ng mga kuwartong may air conditioning at private... We love the decor of the room and overall feel of the hotel. The rooms were cute and comfortable; we were lucky to be able to have the windows open to have fresh air, but the air con also worked very well. Paired with a comfy bed and we had an excellent sleep! The location is an easy walking distance to the night market and many of the restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport, with rates that are cheaper than anywhere else we saw, including to get around to other places around the city.

Ban Saylomleng Residence is situated in Vientiane, 6.4 km from Wat Sisaket, 6.4 km from Hor Phra Keo, as well as 10 km from Thatluang Stupa. The room was really clean and the staff was amazing. Super helpful, friendly, speaked perfectly english and helped us with dinner and taxi. The hostel is near the airport. I am really happy with this choice.

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Sunset Mekong Apartment is located in Vientiane, 2.6 km from Laos National Museum and 2.7 km from Wat Sisaket. The location is quiet and the apartments are about 10 minutes walk to the Night Market. The rooms were huge and the big double bed was comfortable. All the staff that I met were friendly, helpful and professional. All in all, great value for money and recommended

Pikul Apartment Hotel, a property with a garden, is set in Nong Khai, less than 1 km from Tha Sadet Market, 3.6 km from Nong Khai Train Station, as well as 7.5 km from Thai-Laos Friendship Bridge. A small, friendly hotel. Many residents are long term, several months at a time. You can have interesting conversations. It's homely, relaxed and quiet. The owners are lovely people, and speak excellent English. It has offroad secure parking for cars and covered parking for motorcycles (limited number).

Set within 1.6 km of Laos National Museum and 2.5 km of Wat Sisaket, ARTIST GOLDEN LOFT Paris - Vientiane Homestay offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Vientiane. It was perfect for what I was looking for, quiet, comfortable, secure, close to the riverside and town centre (10 minute walk) and close to a gym. There is a coffee shop downstairs which has lovely food, coffee and other drinks. There is a seperate kitchen to cook some simple meals for yourself and a seperate lounge area which is very nice to sit around in. The apartment is very spacious. The owner let me check in early and was very helpful for any additional requests that I had. I ended up staying an extra week, I liked it that much.
