I mentioned I planned on hiking near Mt Aso and they prepared a lunch for me two days in a row. They upgraded my room as I was the only person staying there, drove me to the store and the station when I didn't have a car, and did everything to make me feel welcome. The location was incredible and quiet, with stunning views of Kumamoto and a beautiful guesthouse. I can't thank them enough for their kindness!

The employees were extremely kind and dedicated in our well-being.
