They were very hospitable and responsive whenever we had a question. The house is beautiful, clean, very spacious, and in a great location.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect and the kids absolutely loved it and wanted to stay more nights. It was so close to the supermarket which was a blessing as we grabbed the discounted dinner and drinks and everyone was super happy.

Communincation with the establishment was easy and response was prompt. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. They had provided the bus timing information and also good restaurant recommendation.

She personally took the trouble to make arrangements with our hotel in Tokyo for the items to be couriered, and even called up the Tokyo hotel stuff to finalise the details. We were indeed grateful for Masako-san's dedication and professionalism.

The private onsen rooms were fabulous, too. We went several times each day!

The house was an incredibly cute and well-kept traditional Japanese home. It was clean, comfortable, and bright. It also had all the necessary amenities for a perfect Naoshima weekend.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. We were welcomed early and shown where to leave our bags. Everything was as advertised and the futons were very comfortable. Breakfast was simple and the bread was delicious. I wish we had stayed a bit longer.
