Boasting a bar and views of lake, Rivalago B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Cannobio, 18 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. The B&B, Rivalago is located on the waterfront and a moderate distance from the ferry embarcadero which I only used to arrive and depart. My room was spacious and comfortable with excellent cleaning service and a fabulous view of the lake. The B&B is in a quiet location and a short walk to the restaurants along the embarcadero. I chose Cannobio because it was considerded the prettiest town on the lake although not the most convenient for seeing gardens and palazzi. Those were easily reached by regular bus service, or boat. Gaia was very helpful in determining my connections and printing schedules for me. Commuting to the gardens was a breeze! The breakfast was fresh and varied, with more selection than I would ever have at home, which was a real treat! Both Matteo and Gaia were always available to answer questions and assist with whatever I needed. Matteo even found the program I wanted on Netflix and set it to English for me. Thank you both for making my stay so special.

Located 48 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Lago Maggiore Bay offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a private beach area and pool with a view. I liked everything about this property from saying hi at the reception until leaving the property. It was really amazing. Villa Vittoria offers accommodation in Stresa. The property has lake and garden views. All rooms have a balcony with mountain views. The view was breathtaking. Everything is so close. I just wish we stayed there more. I was ready to cancel my plans but it was already booked. The host is the most gorgeous couple and we will definitely be back! 11 out of 10!

Al San Michele features rooms in Stresa. This guest house offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. Everything is just wonderful in this lovely house. It's super cozy, clean and bright. Location is more than perfect just across the lake and the ferry stop and 5 mins from city center as well. The stuff is extremely kind and welcoming. Would definitely go there again. Located in Cannobio, in a historic building, 14 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Ca Meison is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a private beach area and free bikes. Everything was prefect. The house, the breakfast, the location, Francesca and her Mom were outstanding and nothing was too much to ask.

Offering inner courtyard views, La corte di Silvia CENTRO is an accommodation set in Sesto Calende, 24 km from Villa Panza and 29 km from Monastero di Torba. The room was super clean. The staff was really helpful. The location was perfect!

Located in Cannobio, 48.1 km from Lugano, Alessia Home provides a garden and free WiFi. The location is wonderful, everything within easy walking distance, quiet at night. Well equipped, a great comfortable bed, great towels, private parking spot which helps a lot. The terrace outside is cosy and relaxed to sit and enjoy a wine or coffee. We will come back with the greatest pleasure!

Andrea and Valeria were super hosts! Me and my girlfriend very much enjoyed our stay at this cozy and beautiful B&B. Andrea gave us great recommendations on beach spots around lago maggiore and even took the liberty to book us into a great restaurant just a couple of minutes walking distance as we were arriving a little bit later in the afternoon and it being busy season it was really appreciated. Authentic and comfortable room with a stunning view over the lake from the bedroom and the bathroom. Great little breakfast as well with a selection of mortadella, salami, cheese and sweets (Panna cotta was amazing) Overall a great stay and we would recommend anyone to stay with Andrea and Valeria
