We stayed in the tree house at Kalidasa for 3 nights, what a truly magical experience we had! The accommodation in the treehouse is basic, clean and comfortable, but the setting and the hospitality of Sudheesh and his family are exceptional. Their recommended driver, Namshi, organised all our transport and arranged safaris for us. Sudheesh’s wife and mother produced delicious home cooked meals and Sudheesh was very happy to share his extensive knowledge of the area. They made our stay, in what is already a really beautiful place, as good as it could be. If you get chance to have a massage whilst you’re there, do, it’s another great experience! For a genuine local and back to nature experience, we highly recommend this place.

Offering Kerala cuisine, this 30-acre Vythiri Dhanagiri Home Stay coffee plantation offers cottages and bungalows. I loved my stay here. The cottage and main house were so peaceful--I was content to spend hours just reading on my balcony and listening to the birds and the call to prayer down in the valley. I looked forward to every part of my day--but especially breakfast, which was an absolute feast, every time! Some of the best food I've had in Kerala, and that's a high bar. Renju and the staff were wonderful in ordering autos for me when I needed them, and also they were just so friendly and helpful. This is a great place to come for a long or short retreat. Highly recommended.

The setting is fantastic, with ample greenery surrounding it. Host is very good. The facility's overall cleanliness is top-notch, there's nothing to complain about. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a large family with 4/5 people and 2/3 children.

Special Highlights (5/5): The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the stunning location. It's a rare privilege to be on top of a peak, surrounded by lush greenery and captivating vistas. Additionally, the homemade food served here is an absolute delight. Fresh and delicious, it adds a distinct charm to the experience. Additional Notes: It's worth noting that the path leading to the hermitage can be challenging for some vehicles. When Mr. Radhakrishnan advises on whether your vehicle can make it, trust his judgment. The journey might be tough, but the destination is equally rewarding.

Nastanitev WAYANAD OASIS VILLa se nahaja približno 14 km od znamenitosti Karlad Lake in ponuja razgled na vrt, teraso ter balkon. Nice Food, scenic place, friendly owners, had a great time, nice guidance given by them, great hospitality... Perfect place for a home stay .

Nastanitev Nostalgia Homestay se nahaja približno 8,2 km od znamenitosti razgledna točka Lakkidi in nudi razgled na vrt, balkon ter grelnik za vodo. A big villa with lots of space surrounded by nature. Everything was comfortable and clean. Praveen is an incredibly helpful host and the caretaker Joy is a great help. Our stay was beyond anything we expected and we would definitely return to this place when in Wayanad.

To start with the contact with the guests was amazing and Mr Suresh was so guide full and always available throughout the whole stay …. The house was so peaceful and so pleasant to spend the time just staying in that house . We felt the stay as we were at our home . The house was so clean, well furnished, well situated, beds are so comfortable, so calm and with a nice Mountain View. I will recommend this house for all friends and relatives eyes closed, in order to have a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Wayannad !!!! For food you can also ask for a home delivery at the nearby hotel Topstar restaurant address given by Mr Suresh, but the restaurant is small but rich in Quality !! I highly recommend that tooo….
