Extremely clean. location is great, has everything once step out of the hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Washing machine and dryer works so great make our trip very comfortable and convenient. Very happy with all the equipments.

Perfect location with a nice view and good location. Very kind host Fanis welcomed me downstairs. Booked 1 night before but definitely the best stay I had in Syros and Greece. Btw, there was nice local bar downstairs. You can share the happiness with them from the terrace.

He was there in every question we have.the house is more than beautiful and comfortable than the photos. The view from the terrace was amazing and so romantic at night. Situated in Azolimnos, just 300 metres from Azolimnos Beach, Vivianna's View features beachfront accommodation with free WiFi. Very spacious rooms, clean and modern! The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is a real gem of a property. The location is excellent, being less than 10 minutes from Ermoupoli or 15 minutes from all the nice beaches in the island. Definitely will be going back!

Vertskapet var fantastisk. Flott, stor terrasse med herlige solsenger. Suveren service. En dag fikk vi en flaske vin, en annen dag fikk vi en stor skål med egg og en dag fikk vi en god honningmelon. Smilende levert av Costas. Da vi skulle reise videre til en annen leilighet i Galissas (nabobyen), kjørte Costas oss dit.

Excellent location, great view from the terrace, clean in tidy, and particularly that it was well equipped. As a previous review mentioned, it his everything you could possibly need and more besides. Nice welcome items too. Three floors up offers the great view, but the final set of stairs is steep and narrow and could be difficult for the elderly unfit, but the host was happy to carry my suitcase for me. But really it's hard to fault. Highly recommended.

Villa Maria-Syros is set in Ermoupoli, within 0,3 km of Saint Nicholas Church and 0,2 km from Miaouli Square. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Kostas is very kind, warm and helpful. We really appreciated him for helping us with the luggages up and down the stairs (lots of stairs because it’s Syros but it’s well-within our expectations). He is also very responsive and excited to give us many great local recommendations in Syros (and even Athens)! We also loved the home-cooked breakfast! Couldn’t recommend more in this comfortable stay. We hope to be back someday!
