The check in process was really simple, so that's a great start already 🙂 The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was large and comfortable. We had a little balcony to eat breakfast on, and although the views are nothing to write home about, it was still really pleasant. There's a common kitchen, in case you wanted to make something to eat at the hotel. The bathtub we had in the room was exactly as we wanted it, which was great! The bathroom was also nice and tidy. The location is great. Quiet but close to center, shopping places and the old city! Thanks for everything 😊

The staff, Nonna and Mikheil, are wonderful. The ladies that clean are also lovely and do a great job at maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed and appear the same as on the internet. I loved the bed. The quality of the mattress was exceptional. The location was perfect for getting around the city with ease. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. Also, the wine from Kakheti was delicious. We were able to buy wine during our stay, which I highly recommend. I also appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities. I also appreciated the ability to request cleaning at anytime. The room was big and spacious. I was so happy we chose this hotel for our 9-night stay.

Number 9 está muy bien situado en el barrio de Chugureti, Tiflis, a 2,6 km de Teatro Rustaveli, a 2,8 km de Teatro de la Ópera y el Ballet de Tiflis y a 3,2 km de Plaza de la Libertad. Las habitaciones e instalaciones están muy bien, más aún, al precio que cuesta. Está un poco apartado del centro pero el barrio tiene cosas cercanas interesantes, así como la estación de tren hacia Gori o Zugdidi.

Si. Nos han ayudado en todo. La ubicación es top. Esta a 2 pasos de los jardines botánicos y de la fortaleza de Narikala. A 200m de las termas. Calles peatonales con paraditas de comida. Mucho encanto. Los jardines botánicos son inmensos con muchos rincones. Vale la pena explorar la parte de arriba. No hay nadie. Es bellísimo.

Family Guest House está en Tiflis, a 1,7 km de Teatro Rustaveli, y ofrece vistas a la montaña. Ideally located, on a quiet side street but central and close to many good restaurants and a 24h supermarket. Not much traffic goes through this street so it's peaceful at night. The room was spotlessly clean, with all mod cons and had a lovely balcony (worth paying extra for!) with great views to have your morning tea. Very friendly, helpful and flexible managers: Late check in was no problem, nor was leaving my bag for the afternoon after I checked out. All in all fantastic value for money.

A perfectionist host, a clean, tidy and well-thought-out place down to the smallest detail. The location is easy and good, everywhere can be reached. I definitely recommend it.
