El Nivaria Beach Apartments and Villas in Abades cuenta con pileta al aire libre y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito. The apartments are very well kept, as well as other facilities. The pools are nice and so is the fitness area, but the later is a bit small and thus gets crowded quite easily, which we didn't care for too much. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on the buses to Los Cristianos, coordinating everything for the massage etc.

The room is tidy and clean. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great, and we always got offered with suggestion for places to hike, swim, or to eat by from them. The view from the room is extrodinary (both Teide and the ocean) and during night you can see tons of start on their private yard, due to not much light pollution around.

At the same time you have some restaurants with both Italian and local food just 2 streets away, in Calle Grande. The mattress was perfect!

Excellent location and super friendly host! We stayed for a week and everything went smoothly. Whenever we had questions, the host replied and helped us very quickly. Location wise, there is a supermarket really near it and a crepe place too (+ other lovely restaurants), and a Starbucks (if you like to get a coffee fast). Main bus and tram stations are just 20 min walk away and all the high streets are very close by.

We had booked the two bedroom apartment and it was everything we needed. The kick had absolutely everything to cook a nice meal. The washer and dryer work flawlessly. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms have a lot of storage space. The location is close to the old town, are there are may restaurants and stores. The public transportation that connects La Laguna to Santa Cruz is just around the corner
