FOR THOSE GOING TO TORRES DEL PAINE: Don't rent sleeping bags or buy gas!! they can offer you this free of charge during your stay. We made the mistake of renting in advance from a company in Puerto Natales. The staff and hosts were very nice, Juan was funny and nice. The common area was large with many sofas and some board games, as well as a TV showing football games. They have a 'gym' with a punching bag, weights and pull up bar among others. They offered to bring us for a fee by car to the bus terminal as it is a 20 minute walk at 6am when heading to Torres del Paine. The rooms are well sized and beds are cozy; the toilets clean and comfortable: come with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The included breakfast comes with juice, coffee, tea, milk, eggs to be made, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereal, cake... Great stay, will be coming back soon for the third time!

My room was quiet, bed was comfy, bathroom was down the hall, lots of hot water. Breakfast was just what I needed. Location was on a quiet street within walking distance on the waterfront and downtown.

Guests can enjoy garden views. Great small apartment with all the facilities you need (including a washing machine and dryer, which were essential to us). The view of the bay from the apartment was great. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Breakfast is good. I would stay here again.
