There’s a bus stop just round the corner so you can easily and quickly reach the very centre of Lugano, also a couple of supermarkets in the neigborhood. The self check-in was very easy. The owner made sure to provide all the necessary details, instructions and helpful tips as well as additional information on attractions in the area, recommendations on restaurants, etc.

The host was following up and providing support all times during the stay. There was nothing to complain about in our room. It would be highly recommended for family or a group of friends. The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. Also an underground garage!

The rooms were large, the bathroom was also large, the beds were good, the breakfast was excellent, with many options and very good quality breads and cheeses. The hosts were very friendly, they got us free travel passes for the duration of our stay, they paid attention to our needs.

The owners were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, the appartment is beautyfull and in a good Location! Everything was very clean and we just had an amazing week there. Would defenitly come back.

Owners are very courteous and responsive, check in was smooth and easy. Shelves in the kitchen and other rooms are labeled, so you can easily find everything you need. Towels, bathroom accessories are plenty. Plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking and storage. The apartment is renovated and comfy. The place is 5 mins away from a bus stop, 10 mins from a beautiful park and 30 mins of walking to the city center. Lidl, coop are 5-10 mins away from the apartment. The place was clean on arrival. Welcome coffee is a nice touch. One of the best place I've ever been to.
