Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Good wifi in restaurant area (I could do video calls) but not in rooms but that is ok.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in- incredibly unique, which is thanks to the brilliant design and skill of the wonderful and kind German owner Martin. He couldn't have been more helpful or nice to us. We also had the opportunity to stay in the tower room which was unforgettable. He is such a talented guy to create this. Amazing value given what he has built.

In my opinion there is literally nothing that could be better in this Hostel. It is super central, yet quiet. Alex and all of the staff are incredibly helpful with whatever you need and always available. There is always soap in the bathroom, a complimentary shampoo sachet and the towels are inccluded in the room rate. The showers work well and the mattresses seem brand new and comfortable. There is enough blankets for you to never feel cold. WiFi works well on every floor. Would always come back.

Hostal Sol y Lago se află în Copacabana, la 14 minute de mers pe jos de Inca Gallows, și pune la dispoziție o grădină, o terasă și parcare privată gratuită. I stayed in a little, round dome (hut) and I loved it so much I extended for one more night! Lake views, alpacas in the garden, good brekkie and super nice staff! What else can you wish for? Maybe a heater haha, but that's pretty standard in Bolivia. The dome was still pretty warm, all things considered and there was hot water in the shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable and you get a few heavy blankets to sleep under. It's very quiet at night. 15 min walk to town or a $1-2 taxi Free drinking water

The hotel is located right by the harbour making it really convenient with your luggage. The staff were so accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage before our room was ready and it was a great breakfast too overlooking the beautiful harbour! The room and bathroom was really large making our stay so relaxing and comfortable. We absolutely loved it!
